About This Work

After visiting Pompeii, the sadness of the ruins remains although the sky was blue and crystal clear amidst a fascinating yet painful history. The ruins could be transported like portals to a future time. The giant bird in the front of this beautiful day has crashed. Spirits inhabit the spaces and crevasses in the ruins.
